Return & Refund Policy
Cancellation
- If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to us at shop_mahakissan.naturals@gmail.com or WhatsApp/Call at 8669666889 (10:00 am - 8:00 pm) within 24 hours with the reason for cancellation.
- Once orders have been dispatched, they cannot be cancelled.
- If your order is marked delivered but not received, contact us within 2 hours at the above email/phone. Our Customer Care team will assist you.
Returns
- For perishable items, report any damage within 2 hours of delivery via email/WhatsApp at 8669666889.
- Items must be in original packaging and in saleable condition.
- For discounted products, returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects within 2 days.
- Returns are subject to MyFarmer approval after verification.
Refunds
- Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be processed to the original payment account within 7 working days after return approval.
- COD Orders: Refunds will be processed within 7 working days after pickup and receipt of bank details.
- Products must be handed to the shipping partner or returned to our outlet with the bill and intact packaging.
Exchanges
For exchange requests, contact us at shop_mahakissan.naturals@gmail.com. We will guide you through the process.
Important Notes
- No returns for items purchased through third-party merchants or marketplaces.
- If outer packaging is damaged/tampered, do not accept delivery. Contact customer care immediately.
- MyFarmer Naturals reserves the right to modify these policies at any time.
Pricing
All products will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. Prices at the time of ordering will be final. Any changes due to market conditions will be communicated.
Perishable items are billed as per actual weight and cost. Cutting or alteration of produce is not permitted.
