- We offer free shipping across our outlets in Pune city mentioned on the website for orders above Rs 799 within a 5 km range; else minimal actual charges will be applied.
- Orders for farm produce like vegetables and fruits will be harvested the next day after the order date and delivered within 2–3 days. Orders should be placed before 6 PM; otherwise, delivery will be scheduled for the following day.
- Minimum delivery time: 2 days. Maximum delivery time: 5 days.
- Groceries like non-perishable items can be delivered on the same day or along with your vegetables and fruits order.
- Customers and My Farmer representatives can communicate if there are any changes in delivery time.
- Customers can also pick up their order directly from the shop once it is ready.
Pricing, Weight Changes and Offers
• Pricing: All products are sold at MRP, unless part of a promotional offer.
• Weight Adjustments: Fresh produce is sold by estimated weight, with final billing based on actual weight, communicated through the invoice.
• Offers: MyFarmer Naturals reserves the right to introduce and withdraw offers at its sole discretion, with all disputes handled within Pune jurisdiction.
